Award for Best Corporate Social Responsibility Management

Six months after its founding, the Association has received an Award for the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Management in the XV Premios de Mercados del Vino y la Distribución, reference Spanish wine publication.

The jury has decided to award us this recognition for considering us a powerful initiative for innovation in the field of viticulture and research in vineyard sustainability, for our unifying character and our vocation to generate collaborative flows in the sector, according to Monica Muñoz, president of Mercados del Vino y la Distribución.

The award was collected by Eduard Muixach, treasurer of the Association and member of AgroAssessor, at an event held on 21 April in Madrid, which was attended by José Miguel Herrero, general director of the department of Food Industry of the Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación (Spanish government), and Mariano González Saez, deputy minister for Environment and Agriculture of the Comunidad de Madrid (regional government), among other authorities and personalities.

The aim of these awards is to recognise the efforts of the wine sector, a strategic sector for the Spanish economy. After fifteen years of celebration, they have become a must for all representatives of the wine sector in Spain.
