Founded in 1786 by Jaume Feixes, this historical PenedĆØs estate was acquired by the Huguet family in the early 20th century. Located in the mountains of PenedĆØs, it is a sustainable, organic environment where different Mediterranean crops, such as grapevines, almond and olive trees, and grains grow alongside meadows which provide sustenance for the sheep that graze freely on the land. It is an exemplary expression of farming within biodiversity. For Joan Huguet, the diversity of nature and protecting the environment are key to producing quality wines. His focus is on working in harmony with the natural environment to capture the most authentic expression of the landscape in each bottle of wine.

The iconic Priorat winery was founded in 1979 by RenĆ© Barbier and his wife, Isabelle Meyer. They were part of what is now known as the Priorat revolution when they joined other winemakers in releasing their first joint vintage in 1989, thus catapulting this secluded region in the province of Tarragona to international fame. Clos Mogador springs from the knowledge of several generations that have understood ā and continue to understand ā how to enjoy the natural environment at its purest. For them, the expression of the terroir is everything, which means keeping the vineyards full of life and allowing for a natural balance through regenerative and biodynamic agriculture and good biodiversity. This is why Clos Mogador alternates 100-year-old vineyards with others that are 20 or 12 years old, even recently planted vines with olive groves, fruit trees, and aromatic herbs, where all sorts of insects and species co-exist. In short, it is about creating a natural ecosystem that is good for the earth, the plants, and the wine.

The family winery founded in Vilafranca del PenedĆØs in 1870 traces its winegrowing roots back to the 16th century. It has vineyards and wineries in PenedĆØs, Priorat, Conca de BarberĆ , and Costers del Segre; in Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rueda, and RĆas Baixas, as well as in Chile and California. āThe more we care for the earth, the better our wineā has been the family motto for generations, reflecting the deep respect with which the winery works the land. In 2008, Familia Torres strengthened its environmental commitment to adapt to climate change and help mitigate its effects by reducing the wineryās carbon emissions. The fifth generation ā represented by Miguel and Mireia Torres ā is driving the transformation of the family's organic vineyards towards a regenerative management model, convinced that this is the only approach that can help stop climate change while restoring natural soil fertility, preventing erosion, and fostering biodiversity. Familia Torres is also a founding member of the association International Wineries for Climate Action, which strives to decarbonize the wine industry on a global level.

The family-owned PenedĆØs winery was founded in 1963 by Jean Leon (born Ceferino CarriĆ³n in Cantabria), a visionary man who realized his two biggest dreams: opening the most luxurious restaurant in Hollywood and creating an exclusive wine to delight his select clientele. Owned by Familia Torres since 1994, and with Mireia Torres at the helm since 2010, the winery was the first to receive the Vi de Finca, or single vineyard, designation in PenedĆ©s for four of its wines, the highest distinction the Catalan government bestows on a wine. The winery owns 65 hectares of vineyards, and all of its wines have been certified organic since the 2012 vintage. Jean Leon is currently working on several research projects related to sustainability and biodiversity in the vineyard.

A winemaking project that began in 1558, the year the Tucci family started growing grapes in Italy. After eighteen generations in this land, they moved to Argentina to continue their work as vintners. With deep respect for nature, they have been using resources in the most efficient way possible to perfect each process over the years. In Vista Flores, Uco Valley, and Mendoza, they own 42 hectares of vineyard and 5.6 hectares of original native vegetation. This is the first Argentine vineyard to be certified according to GlobalGAP standards from the first harvest in 2007, continuously until now. Their goal is to ensure the quality of their wines along with sustainability for the current world and future generations.

The origins of Perelada go back to 1923, when the Mateu family acquired the Castle of Peralada with the aim of revitalizing the long winemaking tradition of the EmpordĆ . The first wines, vinified in the cellar and cellars that were under the Carmel Convent, within the castle complex, fell in love with the public and soon they were selected for official banquets of outstanding historical relevance.
In 2022, the dream of three generations of the SuquƩ Mateu family was fulfilled with the inauguration of its new winery, conceived with the commitment to produce excellent wines, highlighting the vineyards of the different estates of the property and the enormous winemaking potential of the D.O. Emporda
In 2023, Perelada celebrates its 100 years of history with an eye towards the future and with two main premises: to be benchmarks in sustainability and to continue growing in quality. To achieve this, it works on different integrated fronts with the aim of achieving greater sustainability in its winemaking activity, being the first European winery to have the Leed Gold certificate in 2021, and to guarantee responsible management, approaching proactively the challenges of climate change and applying affective measures to minimize its effect.

Family of winegrowers who a couple of years ago decided to set up their own winery. They make natural wines in an artisanal way without any type of additives and minimal intervention. In the vineyard, they do not use herbicides or insecticides and this year they have begun to manage the cover crops.
Winery located in Tiana, in the Maresme region, in the DO Alella, CAVA and Catalonia. With 11 hectares of vineyard, they carry out practices typical of ecological and regenerative viticulture, such as the use of sheep grass for the fertilization and management of the plant cover of grasses, cruciferous and legumes, working with chickens in free grazing 365 days a year that remove the most superficial layer of the topsoil, strengthening subsoil insects with seeds and burrows with stones for the formation of deep galleries, not tilling the vineyard, etc.
In 2019 Stephen and Jeany Cronk sold their home in London and moved with their three children to Provence where he and they founded Maison Mirabeau which is now an internationally recognised rosƩ wine brand. Ten years later in 2019 they acquired a 20-hectare estate near La Garde Freinet in the CƓtes de Provence appellation. The soil, having been conventionally farmed for the previous 25 years, resembled a moon landscape and the couple decided to bring the estate back to life. Converting to organic farming wasn't going to provide enough of a framework for rebuilding soil organic matter and so they looked into regenerative agriculture and the path was set to convert their piece of land back to its natural glory and invite life back into its soils. This is steadily being undertaken with the guidance and support of regenerative viticulture pioneers. Stephen is one of the founders of the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, a UK based non-profit that aims to support wine producers around the world as they transition towards regenerative farming.

The origins of Heretat MascorrubĆ are found in the ancient convent of the Order of the Temple of the castle of Celma founded in the 12th century; the first document mentioning the estate dates from January 1279 on the occasion of an inheritance, since then the vineyard has been part of the landscape, an organic vineyard, at altitude (+ 500m) with native varieties of the area: MontĆ²nega (Parellada), White and Black Grenache, and White and Black Sumoll, with some plots of pre-phylloxera varieties recovered to make experimental wines. With these grapes, at Heretat MascorrubĆ, wines of minimal intervention are made with a philosophy of regenerative agriculture.
The Bodem vineyards are the perfect ecosystem for Grenache. The climate and soil type are just what this grape needs to thrive in the best conditions. Bodem is a modern winery with a strong innovative vocation, capable of adapting to the changing demands of the international wine market without losing the essence of Spanish traditions.

A family winery and winery founded in 2012, pioneer in the production of sparkling wines in northern Chilean Patagonia. Located near the town of Frutillar in the basin of Lake Llanquihue, it is defined as a "winery with meaning" whose purpose is to seek the overall profitability of the farm through the implementation of organic and regenerative agricultural practices, and the conviction of being promoters of a new approach to rural development that serves as an inspiration for other small farmers to see in the wine industry an opportunity for productive diversification capable of improving their quality of life and environment. The vineyard is located in a territory of volcanic soils (trumaos) that have developed a surface horizon rich in organic matter and microscopic life, which rest on an amalgam of boulders, gravel and sand resulting from the enormous glacial processes that have shaped the landscape of southern Chile for thousands of years. A climate marked by cold, rain and short summers is a challenge for the cultivation but also provides the conditions for the development of slow and balanced maturations that allow the production of sparkling wines that stand out for their quality and identity of origin.

This winery was founded in Ribera del Duero in 2000 as a result of the passion for the world of wine of JosĆ© MarĆa Basconcillos and his daughters MĀŖ JosĆ© and Carmen, who have inherited that same enthusiasm.
The Dominio de Basconcillos vineyards (45 hectares in total) are located at a thousand meters of altitude, on a sunny slope with perfect exposure and on clay-calcareous and sandy loam soils. These excellent geographical conditions allow the family to take care of the vines without external agents other than those of their environment.
In this way, since 2004 Dominio de Basconcillos has been working the fields under the criteria of organic agriculture. Furthermore, the height of the vineyard, the orography of the land, the temperature differences between day and night so typical of this region, the ventilation, the purity of the air and the low yields, allow them to obtain a raw material of exceptional quality.
As for winemaking, destemming is carried out directly on each tank, so the grapes arrive intact to the place where they undergo fermentation and maceration. The yeasts of alcoholic fermentation and the malolactic bacteria are indigenous, natural to the grape skins themselves.

Roca Viva Wines was born as a dream cherished by David Raya Moreno, moved by the hope of recovering and regenerating exceptional vineyards in Andalusia. His devotion to honest, pure and authentic wines became the driving force behind this project that seeks not only to make exceptional wines but also to preserve the very essence of the region.
In 2021, on this wine journey, David found company in Peter Freislederer, a collaborator who shares the vision and joins the project to bring the winery to life.

Visit websiteA family winery and winery founded in 2012, pioneer in the production of sparkling wines in northern Chilean Patagonia.

Visit websiteThis winery was founded in Ribera del Duero in 2000 as a result of the passion for the world of wine of JosĆ© MarĆa Basconcillos and his daughters MĀŖ JosĆ© and Carmen, who have inherited that same enthusiasm.
